Wash and Fold Questions
We use only premium scented or free & clear detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.
Some options like Tide, OxiClean, and Lysol Laundry Sanitizer will incur a small additional rate. See our pricing page for those rates.

Our minimum for fluff and fold is $35.
We weigh your clothing before and after we launder your clothing. We charge based on the “after weight.” We want to only charge you for clean and dry clothes.
Most orders will be ready and returned in 2 business days. We do offer a rush service where you can get your laundry back the next business day for a fee of $20.
No. We keep all orders separate to prevent mix-ups and any cross-contamination.
There is no need to. We are strictly a pickup and delivery service. All you need to do is drop off your laundry at your doorstep and we'll take it from there.

No. Just let us know when placing your order where you will leave the laundry from our driver. Please be sure the location is accessible to our driver.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
